Shipping, Returns & Policies

1. Made to order

Every piece is produced after your order is placed. Standard production time is 7–10 business days before dispatch. Custom sizes may take 10–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop.

2. Shipping

We ship worldwide with tracked services. Delivery normally takes 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs. Flat shipping fee is USD 29 per order. Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Returns & refunds

If your piece arrives damaged, please email hello@hxyzm.cn within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer box and the damaged item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.

Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Custom-size and personalised orders are final sale. If the item never arrives, we will refund or replace it in full.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before production starts, for a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars.
